Good location. No towels or wash clothes. Had to walk to the front desk to request these items upon returning to the room we discovered it was all dirty and used. The lady at the front desk who handed us the dirty used items didn’t bother to correct the problem or apologize. We ended up having to walk to a store to purchase our own towels. Shower pressure a mess water backs up into the shower. The toilet makes a horrible sound when flushed

I was very pleased with my stay at this property and will stay again anytime.It was a great location and clean rooms and Angel and Bianca was so helpful and nice and the property is right next door to Fat Tuesdays that was prefect so until next year.

I can't recommend it for family vacations and for people with high demands. Pros: proximity to the beach, restaurants within walking distance. Cons: a bit noisy, the room smelled of chemicals after cleaning, termites, water with weak pressure and the mixer almost didn't work, it was impossible to adjust the water temperature, smells in the toilet despite the fact that we didn't turn off the ventilation there at all, people from the bar on the first floor are constantly walking in the courtyard, the pool in the courtyard is more of a decoration. When checking in at 2:30, we were asked to wait until 3:00. Then they said that maybe our room was not reserved for us. An hour later we were able to get the keys to the room and check in at ~4:00. Polite, but poorly organized.
