The Space:

Living Area:
The living area is a spacious and versatile space designed for both comfort and functionality. It features a large smart TV for entertainment, a dining table that accommodates up to 8 guests, and an additional bistro table for 4, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. The room is bathed in natural light, thanks to large windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or gathering with friends and family.

Kitchen:
A modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, the well-provisioned kitchen enhances your stay by providing an additional level of convenience.

Master Bedroom:
A spacious sanctuary featuring a king-size bed with luxurious linens and ample closet space. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Miami.

Second Bedroom:
This cozy room is furnished with a queen-size bed and premium bedding, offering comfort and a peaceful ambiance for restful nights.

Third Bedroom:
Ideal for families or groups, this room includes two double beds with soft linens and ample closet space, providing plenty of sleeping and storage areas while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Fourth Bedroom:
A fun and practical space featuring a bunk bed, great for kids or additional guests. This room also includes a dedicated workspace, equipped with a desk and chair, making it perfect for remote work or study during your stay.

Primary Bathroom:
Indulge in the beautifully appointed bathroom, equipped with a refreshing shower, a sleek toilet, and exquisite lighting designed to start your day on the right foot.

Second Bathroom:
An en-suite oasis with a walk-in shower, sleek modern fixtures, and a spacious vanity. Towels and toiletries are provided for added convenience.

Outdoor Area:
A private backyard oasis featuring:

- A sparkling private pool with lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing.
- A fun mini-golf course, perfect for family entertainment or a friendly game with friends.

Welcome! We’re truly happy to host you and hope your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable.

With full respect and care for your well-being, we’ve prepared a basic set of essentials to help you settle in smoothly. Please note that these items are provided once, for the first day of your stay — to ensure you have what you need upon arrival.

In each bathroom:
• 3–4 small bars of soap (14g each)
• 3 bottles of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner (30ml each)
• 1 roll of toilet paper + 1 extra roll

In the kitchen:
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1–2 trash bags
• 4–5 dishwasher capsules
• Dishwashing liquid

For the remainder of your stay, please note that these supplies are not replenished. You’ll find nearby stores where you can easily purchase any additional items you may need.

- Early check-in: Dear guests, we offer early check-in upon request, subject to availability. The cost is $150.

- Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

- Parking Policy: Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles.

- Note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of the house. To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

- The guest should use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

- The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.

- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.

- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- Please be informed: there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
