Fabulous building and the room we had was spectacular. I think the hotel side of the building is slightly neglected and could definitively do with some TLC. The “roof terrace” is a space that should be repaired and utilised as there really isn’t anywhere to sit in the sun. Pool is available to use if you don’t mind 50+ diners and staff looking at you. The staff there are perfect….. especially Talia on the front desk who was so lovely and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Sadly a horrible experience. This place should just be a restaurant and not a hotel. It’s loud, very busy, run down and not suitable to hotel guests. There is barely any room to layout at the pool because it is filled with tables for the restaurant. Our room was falling apart; the furniture was broken, mold in the bathroom, window cracked, only two lamps in the room so couldn’t see while you were getting dressed at night. The air conditioning was only on or off. When it was on it was incredibly cold. If it turn it off it gets hot. The room was described to overlook the beautiful pool which you cannot see as it’s covered by a large awning for the restaurant. The room is very loud. You can’t nap and won’t be able to sleep until the restaurant and bar guests leave. The bed canopy was broken and loose. The hotel staff seemed nice, but disorganized and frankly discontent as the complaints were frequent and they were very aware.

This is a very different high end lodging experience. Not many guests as rooms are few and yet the vibe is vibrant as the courtyard and reataurant scene is very active. It took an adjustment to understand that at first and when it sunk in I realized how cool it was to be able to walk down stairs to activity and then go up to the room and remove yourself from all that. I suspect this rhymes with actually being houseguest of JV and his parties! (Haha, well it’s not likely his kind of party). Breakfast is delicious and apparently guests only. The mattress was a tad tired and the decor might need a lil refresh soon but pix are Accurate. No elevator but steps are European height making it more comfortable. The bellman handles luggage. I highly suggest you experience this amazing Villa. The 3rd floor Empire suite was beautiful. Your key gets you into a private sitting area outside suite and the one next door. Great if traveling with friends. Empire suite you do hear the garbage truck at 7 or 8 am. I am up early so was not a problem and my next visit might be for a week!

Our stay at the Versace Mansion was amazing from start to finish. The setting is breathtaking and filled with character, and every corner feels like a work of art. The restaurant was exceptional, and we were seated by the pool for dinner with a wonderful view that made the evening feel even more special. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff went above and beyond, especially helping carry our bags up and down from the room, which made everything feel effortless. Staying here felt both luxurious and welcoming, and I can’t wait to return.
