Just minutes from the lively Wynwood Arts District, downtown Miami, and the sparkling Biscayne Bay, this apartment is perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking an upscale, cozy, and convenient retreat.
PLEASE NOTE:
We have a limited parking spots behind the building with parking fee of $30/night per car.
We can only reserve the spot for you once paid. Please message us to check the availability on your dates.
Early check-in fee/Late check out fee is $25/hour. Checking out 12noon onwards will be charged a daily rate already.
We can only confirm the availability on the day of check in/out.
