「櫃檯服務態度親切良好 ，但早餐很 簡約 ，而且 8:20以後應該沒有吐司了 。 房間內沒有水杯可用 ，也少見。 房間大小倒是少見的寬敞 」

「I paid for a superior room but the only non-smoking room available was a standard room no refund was given for the difference. The room was clean but very small. The room amenities were nice but no room service was provided. Cleaning supplies often cluttered the stairwells, night staff slept on a mattress in view of the check-in desk which did not give the hotel a boutique style feeling. There was a 7-11 across the street and a bus and subway nearby. There were restaurants within walking...

「Unlike most hotels in that area, this hotel has a working staff at the front desk. But the staff's quality was quite bad. They did not know how to print my proof of stay which is typically required for the reimbursement of the travel expenses. The two staffs that I met (one at the time of check in and the other at the time of coming back from my dinner) promised to send me the proof of stay, but I have never received it.」
