The heart of the house is the bright living room, where the kitchen and living room meet and are beautifully lit from the outside through the large windows that provide a good view of the garden. On cooler evenings, you can light a fire in the wood-burning stove and enjoy board games or a good movie, and there is the opportunity for some extra good wellness in the sauna and hot tub.



In the summer, you can go out onto the open terrace, which invites you to spend many nice hours in the sun. There is also a small balcony, which is a wonderful place to sunbathe and enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day.



You live in a lovely area close to the sea and the sandy beach. The owners' association has a well-equipped playground, football and tennis courts, so there is something for every taste and age group right nearby. If you feel like day trips, we recommend a drive to historic Kolding or adventurous Odense.
