  • This inviting seventh floor apartment offers a stunning sea view, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. The property features a balcony at the front, where guests can relax while taking in the picturesque views. A garage is not included with no Wi-Fi. The building also includes a garbage cellar, elevator access, and modern amenities for a comfortable experience.

    Inside, the apartment is well-equipped with a sofa bed (140x200) and a bed for two (160x200), providing ample sleeping space for up to 4 guests. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, mixer, toaster, and kettle, ensuring everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC, adding to the apartment's practicality.

    Additional amenities include digital TV for entertainment, duvets for two persons, a vacuum cleaner for easy cleaning, and all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. This apartment combines comfort, functionality, and beautiful views, making it an excellent choice for your next getaway.
    For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
