"The property is downtown so that was really easy. The room was quite clean. Staff were helpful. Some of the food could be improved upon. The buffet breakfast was not wonderful and bar food was adequate. It would be great if they employed a Chef that was a bit more modern. We also tried to find a charging station for our rental vehicle which was electric and the staff was unsure how to direct us. I would say it's a good property for the area."

"This place is a dive! It looked like the common areas, especially hallways and elevators hadn't been vacuumed in days. There was no info in the room regarding the amenities (how to find the exercise equipment, the pool, nearby restaurants, etc.) I wanted to contact the front the phone gave no directory info regarding how to call whom. The elevators were simply gross - one of the two elevators seemed to have something loose or weak in the floor, which "gave" excessively when one stepped on it. Slovenly - that's a word that gets at the experience of staying in this place! To top it all off, I explored the cost of staying an extra night (after I'd booked but before I got a look at this place!), and the quote was $160! This hotel ain't nowhere NEAR a $160/night value!"

"This hotel is worth less than its already low price. I think I could stay here again if it were $19.94 a night or if they paid me. Not cleaned well at all, room smelled like smoke, there was a sweaty hand print on the headboard and stains on the mattress cover that showed through the sheets. Drawers on the tv stand were broken. This place needs work! Pretty much a dump. Will not stay here again."
