Downtown Middlebury furnished studio apartment with a picturesque view of Otter Creek waterfalls! This historic 1700s building has retail shops on the first floor and the apartment is upstairs.

Conveniently walkable to restaurants, shops, and Middlebury College.
Nearby favorites: Otter Creek Bakery, Two Brothers Tavern, Mad Taco, and Yogurt City.

Please note: We use hotspots for internet; service during your stay is not guaranteed! No onsite parking provided but there is public parking nearby.

Upstairs unit! -- Private full bathroom, recently renovated and furnished with a murphy bed, built in storage, hardwood floors, tall ceilings with recessed lighting, and big windows.

Beautiful place very clean great host loved the location and the view was there with my sister . Would suggest having an ironing board unless we missed it . We didn’t cook but looked to have everything you would need. We did go out for coffee everyday we missed it up on the cabinet but thank you . I would recommend having a checkout list posted on premise and instructions for the tv we were unable to use it due to problem with the internet and tv made a few long nights . Other than that perfect location and views couldn’t beat it .

Setting was stunning, literally over a rushing waterfall but also in downtown Middlebury. The only issues we had were that the Murphy bed was pretty creaky for two people and there was no dishwasher as the description suggests. Overall our stay was great!

A visit to Middlebury

We visited Middlebury to do some bicycling in the area (Great biking). The lodging was great in every respect. Air conditioning was appreciated due to very hot weather. Looking out the windows at Otter Creek was a benefit.

The property was much larger in person than it appears in the pictures. The views over the falls were amazing. The bed was remarkably comfortable. Everything was clean and newly updated. Absolutely love being able to walk everywhere and simply cross the street for a lovely meal and coffee.
