「We were not given the right type of room. Different from search to reservation to actual room. Promotes fireplaces in the photos, but not in all rooms. The room looked clean, but it did not look well maintained. Certainly not “romantic” as the room name or photos promoted. The photos in Expedia were MUCH nicer than the real room. They were not helpful to get a refund. Very poor service. Not thrilled with Expedia in using our cancelation insurance either. Up to use to fight with the insurance...

「Amazing hotel stay! I stayed during off season so it was fairly empty. My room was incredibly clean and QUIET! I slept like a baby. The hotel room had such a classic “wealthy” vibe to it. Very luxurious in a modern way. Staff was friendly. Parking was great. Only semi bad experience was the restaurant on property (inside of the hotel) - food wasn’t the best and very expensive. (Although my bartender was very nice)」
