“Perfect house for 6 guests. Loved that it was close to the beach.”

“Vincent was amazing to work with! We decided to change the dates and he was very patient and helpful while we got it updated with VRBO. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful trees and active squirrels (my daughter’s favorite part). The location was convenient for our needs. We all enjoyed the game tables and the convenience of the washer and dryer. We even tried out the projector one night to watch a couple of episodes of Gilmore Girls – so fun! Vincent checked in once we arrived……

“We visited over a holiday weekend. The house is clean and a good size for the 3 adults in our group and our dog. It is in walking distance to several stores and a park. We would stay again if we were in the area. ”

“This was the perfect house to stay in for our family wedding. Gilbert was the perfect host and thought of every amenity we could have asked for. The house was spotless, very nicely decorated, had very comfortable beds and the bath towels were luxurious. The dining table had ample seating for our card playing crowd. From his greeting at arrival to looking out for our well being throughout the stay, Gilbert was a fantastic host.The house was close to our wedding venue and had ample off street……

“I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. ”

“Very Clean and New. Location very convenient to Shopping , Coffee and Winery. Place very very small but Shower was huge and token gifts such as wine and toiletries a big plus . As well as guest for TV for Netflix. Added bonus outdoor space makes up for lack of living room. I would recommend this place and stay again for sure. Also, conveniently located to major highway and safe. ”

“We had a great, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday at this spacious Southington, CT home. It was the perfect spot to visit one of my daughters and be able to have my mother-in-law stay with us so we could cook and host Thanksgiving dinner. The house was well-stocked and supplied with everything we needed, and then some; which allowed us to have a stress-free holiday as if we were in our own home. We highly recommend this home and will keep it in mind for future extended stays in the area.”
