“Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood……

Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too.”
