「The environment is good. I love the swimming pool and beach most. Service was fantastic. But bedbugs on my bed!! I got over 10 bites one night and feeling itching. Please clean the room before. Not a pleasant stay.」

「Well we didn't actually get to stay. We booked the hotel in April on Expedia/Hotels.com and when we arrived on December 27 we were shocked to find our booking had been cancelled. According to Sanmark they had cancelled all Expedia bookings (since they said no one who booked on Expedia were showing up) however we were never notified. Apparently Expedia was suppose to notify but they did not. We expected the Sanmark to help us in our situation (which they eventually did) but there initial...

「Chambre avec vue exceptionnel mais l'hygiène est un rpoblème au Sri Lanka en général j'ai donc acheté bmes produis d'entretien sque j'ai eu du mal à trouver d'ailleurs et ensuite c'était le TOP un pêrsonnel chaleureux, accueillant qui nous font sentir dans cette jolie famille . très helpfull. je conseille cet hotel à ceux qui aime le contact humain , qui aime visiter car bien situé ( avec un tuk tuk toujours à dispo et c'est facil et tout cela en toute sécurité un personnel exceptionnel...
