「Probably the worst rental accommodation in 50 years of global travel I have ever stayed in. Your non-refundable policy is entirely inappropriate consider that it was the wrong property. I stayed 3 of 8 nights. I could not take my wife there. In SA under the Consumer Protection Act you would be obliged to refund me for the 4 nights I cancelled. Your whole system if flawed and unfair. No recommendations from me to use Stayz - quite the contrary」

「The owners were very nice and tried very hard to make my stay nice. My problem was that there is no washer in the unit, the washer is in their house and I would have to go in their house to do laundry. When the advertisement lists washer, it should be in the place you're staying, not have to go somewhere else to do laundry. And there is a pic of a dining room but that is also in their main house, not in the unit itself. I find that to be misleading. The smell of marijuana is so strong it made...

「We loved staying here. It is a stunning home, very spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and very close to the local shops and restaurants, just a few minutes walk. Security is excellent, and when we inadvertently set the alarm off security was at the premises shortly after. We always felt safe in the house and the Parkhurst area in general.
