Die "Zentralheizung" ist ein Gasboiler, zum einen sehr laut und zum anderen, gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit, sehr teuer. Küche ist wie beschrieben nur mit einer Kaffemaschine und einem Gasherd ausgestattet. Das vorhandene Geschirr war leider teilweise sehr schmutzig bzw. verklebt. Die Sauberkeit der Lüfter und hinterm Boiler ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Ebenfalls roch es im unteren Bad sehr unangenehm, wahrscheinlich aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Der Sandkasten war leider nicht nutzbar, da er als Katzentoilette genutzt wurde und auch so sehr wenig Sand hatte. Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich kurz, selbst wenn man das Haus ganz am Ende der Anlage hat. Ebenfalls befindet sich ein Einkaufsmarkt (Dino) direkt hinterm angrenzendem Friedhof. Alles in allem ein große Unterkunft, die aber leider der Beschreibung "Komfortables Ferienhaus" nicht ganz gerecht wird.
