"Loved our first stay at the Penn Stater! Staff was excellent! Even sent a technician to help with 'casting' netflix to our tv. Wireless signal was a little slow, but not a problem. Loved the lobby and everything was very clean and updated. Only real complaint is the pillows. They were all the same and very big & FULL. Looked great on the beds but not for sleeping. All in all a great visit and we will be back. Thx. "

"Check-in was seamless. We were glad to be accommodated, per request, with an assignment to a room in a quiet area on a top floor. All interactions with staff were wonderful. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, and in good condition. Great coffee at breakfast. Our only criticism: The pull-out sofa beds could benefit from a better topper to make the extra sleeping accommodation a little nicer. Our teen, who can usually sleep anywhere, said it was a little rough."

"Was able to check in early at 1 pm after calling them in the morning to see if able. Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean had nice cold fridg and clean microwave. Great value!"

"The heater made a horrible noise waking me up several times during the night and my room wasn't cleaned after the first night. There was also this persistent fan noise even when all ligbts and fans were turned off"

"Room was ok. Air conditioner made sounds like an airplane departing. The shower made a screeching sound throughout the shower. Breakfast was pleasant and had good variety. Stage was hard to understand but friendly. "
