「Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer. It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. Without the app we couldn’t order a...

「We enjoyed our short but sweet stay in early December! The garden condo is a gem! Our hosts and dedicated concierge, Adrian was responsive and attentive. After staying at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset during the beginning of our trip we then stayed our last few days at the coined “Beverly Hills” Quivara golf club gated community for a quieter end to our trip! The condo was clean, new and comfortable. We enjoyed taking a break from the all-inclusive amenities to making meals in the kitchen and washing...
