The ground floor, the only area available to guests, has a reception area that leads to two bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a single bed, both with exterior windows and sufficient space for luggage. Moving forward, you will find a bathroom with a shower and an independent kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more, to prepare your meals with total comfort.



The living-dining room, decorated with a contemporary style, is the heart of the home. Here you can gather on cosy sofas or enjoy sea views from the dining table. From the living room you access two more bedrooms with double beds and a spacious bathroom with a shower between them, ideal for accommodating up to 7 people.



For sea lovers, the villa offers a paddle surf board so you can take advantage of marine conditions (use under guest's responsibility).



This villa of 170 m² is located on the beachfront, steps away from fine sand and rocky coves, with multiple leisure options and services very close by: restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, water parks and natural areas to explore. The property has air conditioning and heat pump heating, wifi, washing machine, dryer, alarm and outdoor parking.
