The area around the apartment is quiet, close to nature and close to everything La Cala has to offer. Just around the corner you have La Noria Golf which is a 9-hole course and popular with golfers, Miraflores golf with 18-holes is also nearby and Calanova golf with also this on 18-holes. About 13min walk or 3 minutes by bike you have La Cala's nice beach, restaurants, nightlife and shops. Marbella and Fuengirola are approximately 15 minutes away by car. When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a modern apartment with open floor plan, to the left you have the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. In the living room you have 2 comfortable sofas, bluetooth speakers and a large TV with apple TV. Here you also have a central A / C with a panel that controls the entire apartment. From the living room you come out to the private terrace with a large gas grill, and a nice dining area and sun loungers, from the terrace you have a fenced garden that leads out to the communal garden and the year round open pool area and paddle court.
