We had a lovely week in this apartment. Vivi Homes were most helpful from the start, communicating frequently with us a answering qusetions promptly via mail or text messages. The apartment is really lovely, with two larger bedrooms and one smaller. One of the larger bedrooms with doors to the patio, the other two rooms had windows to the back of the buildning. All bedrooms and the livingroom had aircon/heater which was great for us since the nights were a bit cold in February. Beds were comfortable, towards hard. Kitchen was sufficient with everything we needed. Very cozy place!We really appreciated receiving a bottle of wine and a bottle of water as a welcome gift when we arrived!The patio has a large table with chairs and the are four sun loungers. There's a bit of shade during parts of the day, but if you want more sun, you can just move a bit further out.Stepping outside from the patio, you entered a beautiful large lawn with a nice pool and directly outside this garden was the sea and the long walk along the beach. We took long walks to the Dunas de Artola every day, stopping for lunch in the lovely port of Cabopino some time.The gate that locks the house from the garden is rather old and the lock is rusty which makes it hard to use. That would need to be taken care of. All in all we are very content and would love to come back. When we visited the area, and the building, it was quite quiet and only a few residents were there.
