不满意：清洁度
Lots of potential but let down by some issues.
Communication was very good with the property manager and was very helpful.
The property however did not match expectations.
Firstly, the downstairs smelt of drainage coming from the bathroom, in the heat the smell is unbearable. Cockroaches were seen in the downstairs kitchen as well as ants on the kitchen sides.
Secondly, it was listed with aircon, however in reality only 1 of the 4 bedrooms had a serviceable aircon. The second upstairs bedroom got so unbearably hot we moved the beds to another room.
The pool was a very good size and water was clear on arrival. The floor was a bit sticky in places and cosmetically it was a little disappointing, it could do with re-painting. The outside area is more than capable of accommodating a large family.
The floor design meant that one of the bedrooms was infact the main passage from downstairs to upstairs which wasn’t a big deal for us but it would mean limited privacy.
We was charged for damages which where defects already in the property left for us to find. The curtain rail fell down on first normal use and bathroom clothes bin was damaged, neither fit for purpose. We was charged for bathrobes that had holes in which were how we found them, owner trying to claim these were brand new.
The property has a lot of potential and if the owner invested into fixing some issues it would be a nice property. Unfortunately the trip wasn’t a good as we’d hoped and I don’t think the property matched the price we paid.
