"Found bugs in both my room and the pool. Hotel didn’t seem to care. The hotel needs serious refurbishment. Tiles at the pool are loose. Front desk staff are very slow. Concierge desk is hit or miss. The shuttle service was decent but the hours are limited. Avoid."
