Spotlessly clean and very convenient for both onward travel and the metro to places like the Duomo. Staff were friendly. Surrounding area a little downmarket as is sometimes the case near stations, however, we felt perfectly safe.

Good location if you want to be close to the main train station, guy on reception was very friendly & really helpful when we asked him questions. We didn’t have breakfast instead opting for a coffee & pastry next door which was an experience

Where do I start? The hot water can only be turned up to lukewarm, despite leaving a note to ask for the shampoo to be refilled it was not and no internet for at least 24hrs.
On my he other side breakfast was good. It was also located close to the train station which was one of the reasons we chose this.
