Good environment in breakfast room and good quality of breakfast food. The air conditioner of the bedroom was not functioned well, and I felt very hot in daytime.
Very good location. Only 5min walk you take from hotel to Milan Central station.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, pero me dio mucha calor y es que para la temporada en abril apagan los aires, tuve que abrír la ventanas y el ruido no me dejó dormir. Solo pasé una noche.

People from outside, not hotel staff able to access our room and stole all our cash with hotel key. Police was notified and we caught the thirf redhanded in our room as we stop him from leaving our room. Police came and found evident on him and he was send to police station after. We made a police report on this as well. Staffs of the hotel is very not compassionated about our issues and feel they are a victim instead of us. Did not offer help to us, staff was rude , arrogant and very slow to react to emergency. I highly discourage anyone to use this hotel

Dear Choon Hiang, it is with great sadness that we read your review, we understand that you wrote this review still shaken by what unfortunately happened a few hours ago but we do not understand your words towards us.What strikes us most, beyond the lack of full sincerity of what really happened, is the NON-recognition of the full availability, rightly granted, that hurts us.Below, we are going to list what we have done for you with all our heart, but we do not do it for you but for those who will read this review and can deduce the right evaluations.On the evening of Monday 26 February you showed up at the reception, alarming us that a person had entered in your room, we immediately sent our porter to the room to understand what was happening, after having communicated with the porter and understood what was happening , we notified the Owner's Hotel that a person from outside the Hotel had entered a room to steal, and immediately he went to your room together with one of our managers.While you, your husband, the porter, the owner of the hotel and one of our managers interrogated and detained the person introduced into the room, the Reception called the Police who intervened within 10 minutes and took the thief away.As indicated by the Police, you went to report the incident also because some money you had in your suitcase had disappeared but before leaving to go to the police station, we offered you a drink, gave you 50 in cash for any expenses, offered dinner at our restaurant upon your return, we offered a new room to sleep in to make you feel more at ease with the help of our porter to move your luggage and promised that the following morning, the day of your departure, we would give you 200.00 in cash for return to home.Once we returned from the police station late in the evening, our restaurant was closed but we still kept the dinner warm for you which you ate in your room.During the night the police returned to the hotel and handed over all the money that had disappeared because it was found on the thief.On the morning of your day of departure we welcomed you warmly and happy that the matter had ended in the best possible way having found all the money.You had to pay a small bill but we didn't ask you for anything.... we left ourself with smiles on our faces.... we didn't expect a thank you but we were sure we had done our best and we certainly didn't expect these words of yours which they hurt us, we are good people and at the service of our Guests and if you have not perceived this sensitivity of ours, we sadly invite you not to book the Hotel Andreola again if you return to Milan again.Goodbye

Nice hotel, 5 mins walk to central station
Nice and comfortable hotel, friendly and English speaking staff. Good value for money. Recommended as a base for a city break in Milan.

Excellent location and service. Amazing staff. Very clean.
The only small issue was with the mattress that was a bit old.
Still, excellent experience and recommended strongly
