This spot is right near the Duomo cathedral and whime very dorm like, you can’t beat the location. Suitable for those who don’t have a car and need to be central to everything. Great location for tourists. There was no AC but I knew that when booking. The outside is a green wooden door. The hotel is not marked so look for the green door
excellent position in centre of milano. we loved the place and wanted to extend our stay. issues were as follows: reception limited availability even via mail. not all lights work. wifi: we were given wrong password and we tried to communicate via mail to send us the correct one but no reply whatsoever until we checked out.
There‘s just one single positive aspect about this accomodation: it‘s very close to the duomo square and thus good for sightseeing.
BUT it is really dirty, has a moldy bathroom and is loud. The room is completely different from any of the photos shown. There is a window to a main floor, where the light goes on and off whenever another person passes by.
I‘m travelling a lot for both business and leisure. This was one of the worst rooms I had in years … maybe ever.

I liked it's location, right by tram, metro and the Cathedral. I didn't like the apartment tv didn't work and after complaining twice, nothing ever happened. Also, the wi-fi is totally arcane and unpractical. Be aware your phone wifi isn't going to work inside the apartment..
Very hard to find. It’s a green door with a little hobbit door you enter through. I requested directions from the hotel three times and received nothing.
It’s a full apartment, cute and old. The best thing was it had a washing machine, bring your own detergent. We hung our things to dry overnight and by morning they were good.
It’s on a noisy street. It is very close to the main square. They had a concert the night of our stay and we could hear it.
The pizza place on the corner is VERY good. If you are tired, they are close and have good food.
Very convenient location to a lot of sight seeing.
It wasn’t terrible, just looks like everything needs a good scrub down.
Lovely location, great apartment and price.
Only negative point is that reception was not open until 3pm and we had to keep our luggage in the maid room.
This place is old so expect it wouldnt be as clean or nice as a 5 star hotel but its clean and near duomo and shopping its perfrct to go around and come home rest a bit and gonexplore again..no lobby to wait before 3pm but you can def leave bags beforehand there are cleaning people that can assist the bag dropoff.
The heater did not work properly . The door handle feel off .the only good thing about this property is its proximity to the Duomo and shopping areas .
Near shopping area and Duoma do Milano likes hidden gem just walking distance. For us we arrived there at 4 pm but the not finished cleaning yet so we have to came back at 5 pm. Our room was huge even had underground room so fitted for 7 adults and 1 kid. We might come back.
The WORST Hotel, if you can call it that, I feel cheated, I booked for 2 nights and only slept one, the room is disgusting, the building is a pigsty, the WORST I have ever been to.
First, room does not look like in photos at all. 2nd, all of the following were stolen: quick fast charger and cable, watermelon tea drink , bag of chocolates with hazelnuts amd toothbrush which were all taken the first morning after.
Good location but there is no one at the desk until 3.30pm. I arrived in Milan late morning and because there was no one around I couldn’t leave my suitcase anywhere and so had to lug it around for 5 hours. Not much fun
Inflexible, greedy people. I made a mistake with the reservation and they didn’t want to issue any refund or even meet half way. They kept the money for the whole week. Avoid at all cost.
Don’t waste your money. This was worse than a seedy hotel. There was mold on the shower head. The room was so incredibly hot. It was loud and very uncomfortable. I woke at 4am to another guest on his balcony looking straight into my room. Save your money and find something else.
It’s nothing you can like . It’s shithall . Just a multiple leaving house in terrible condition. Wind through the windows. Heating 1 h morning 1 hour about 7pm. Noise from grinder and hammer start at 6:50-7:00 you can hear the road traffic like is in your room all night. Terrible and disgusting place
