The hotel is located in a super weird commercial building. The rooms were right next to the Argentinian consulate in an office building, which was weird and it meant it was super annoying to get to — you had to buzz the front door and the go up a set of stairs to reach a designated elevator. But worst of all, the concierge convinced us to spend an additional 50 euros to upgrade the room with “Duomo view” and told us it’s “really special” and that the bed was extra amazing. When we got to the room, you could barely see the duomo even when pressed against the window, and the bed was the worst bed ever, you literally had had to climb onto a platform to get to it. It became really obvious that this was an obvious ploy to get you to spend more money with the hotel. Very disappointing, would not stay here again.

Good and comfortable stay

Good quality of Samsung TV system and shower booth together with new furniture. On site parking is not available but nearby parking lot is easy to use. Somewhat difficult to find the entrance and lift. It will be better to put a sign to indicate the access towards reception desk. It is recommended to arrange breakfast with corporations of restaurants.

Geweldige locatie midden in de stad, genoeg restaurants op loop afstand. Het appartement was prachtig en schoon, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ook spreken ze perfect engels.

Probably the most spectacular & modern hotel I have stayed in up to date! Was totally blown away by the from and the facility, felt like I was in a movie. Steps away from Milan’s Duomo made it easy to get around and see all the sights. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back one day!

Arrival and check in was disappointing and dificult, as there is no sign indicating the hotel property and there was no space to temporarily park the car for luggage. So we had to circulate around the same building for 5 times before we managed to checkin our luggage. The location is a 10/10. Staf are 10/10, nice, friendly, and very helpful. Another disappointment was the jacuzzi, when i used it some water was leaking. The floors in the rooms could use some cleaning. The facilities in the room were great, you have everything. As overall rating 7/10. Fixing what is mentioned above will cick it to 9/10
