Great hotel stay

Great hotel not too far from the airport, which is why we stayed there. Parked the rental car on site with no issues. Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are slightly dated but clean and beds were comfortable.

Poorly maintained

I stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The property is poorly maintained, with everything feeling old and outdated. The bathroom had very weak water pressure, and it was clear that the cleaning standards were lacking — especially in the shower, where it didn’t seem like proper disinfectants were being used. On the positive side, we arrived late at night and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and definitely won’t be coming back.

they have parties at the restaurant every night and is very noisy in the rooms. Is ridiculous for a business hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful. They had no A/C as they stated it was their cool season however the temperatures were in the high 70s. My room was on the 3rd floor and very uncomfortable every night. I tried to open window but ended up both times with several mosquito bites. It was a nice hotel overall.

Our check in and check out process was very underwhelming. The woman that checked us in and out was sort just there to do nothing more than her job….meaning, no smile, no pleasant greeting or interaction. Just checked us in and out and sent us on our way. It was very cold. As clean and as nice as the room was, this interaction doesn’t make us want to return. There was a restaurant in the hotel that we would have went to, but it was closed. No vending machines anywhere and not once did I see a staff member or employee in the hallway to ask a question. Very odd hotel. Breakfast was just ok.

Generell ein sehr gutes Hotel. Kostenloses Parken, guter Fitnessraum. Großer Innen Pool. Eine Bar und ein Restaurant im Hause. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sind auch grundsätzlich sehr gut ausser so sachen wie verkalkte Duschköpfe und kaputte oder alte Dichtungen im Bad an und um die Dusche herum. Maintenance ist generell eher schlecht auch die Gerät im Gym sind zum Teil kaputt und benõtigen Reparaturen oder ersatz!!

Hotel perfecto para la feria si vas en coche

El hotel y el servicio como siempre de 10. Es perfecto para ir a la feria sobre todo si vas en coche. Tiene parking a cielo descubierto que cierran por lo que caben furgonetas altas. El servicio de recepción y de comedor es impecable, mejor que 10. Como única pega, decir que al ser miembro Gold entra un desayuno diario y siempre Somos dos personas, por lo que debería entrar el desayuno para dos. Volveré sin duda.

Sehr gutes Hotel

Ich bin nun schon öfters hier im Hotel gewesen und bin sehr Zufrieden. Gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Pool und Fitnessraum. Viele Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und kostenpflichtige im Erdgeschoss. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet aber nicht modern, sie könnten für den Preis was die Übernachtung kostet renoviert und vor allem moderniesiert werden. Was ich sehr schlecht finde das es nur 1 Steckdose neben dem Bett gibt. Das Restaurants ist gut und auch ein guter Service aber etwas teuer. Die Bar ist sehr angenehm und super Freundliches Personal.

Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Gratis Snacks gab es zum Champions League Finale (Milano vs Paris) an der Bar, Lobby. Der Pool war sauber. Bademantel gab es gratis an der Rezeption. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es una opción excelente si vas en coche. El personal y el servicio es excelente. El desayuno está muy bien y es muy completo. La habitación está bien pero el baño debería actualizarse ya que se ve un poco antiguo. Tiene un parking exterior muy cómodo si vas en coche o en furgoneta. El hotel es conveniente para ir a la feria pero no si vas a Milán. Debo decir que todo el personal, recepción, desayuno, comedor es de 10 u hay que felicitarles por si bien trabajo. Sin duda volveré
