I stayed here with my 18 year-old daughter for two nights during a two week trip traveling throughout Italy. Our room was large, clean and spacious, and the property was walking distance from the train station and close to shops, restaurants, major attractions and the metro. The room was tastefully decorated and the AC worked like a dream during the heatwave. The property was very quiet and you couldn’t even tell that anyone else was staying there. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

A wonderful perfect location. 3 min walk to M1 metro line. 10-15 min walk to most attractions. Very friendly English staff and a big delicious breakfast at restaurant attached to building with great English speaking staff. Keep in mind, this is not a full service hotel. You don’t get daily cleaning. But you get a great price and the building is cleaned every day. You can find all amenities either in your room or in their 24/7 supply closet. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back! And be open to exploring other Numa hotels. FYI, we visited during heatwave and the air conditioning unit in our room was not strong enough to keep the large room cool. Although many other areas especially rooms in entrance B are quite nice and chilly.

Highly Recommend! The location is unbeatable, everything is within walking distance, so there's no need for a rental car if you stay here. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent, fresh, delicious, and served with top notch attention. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend. Safe travels!

This "hotel" is more like an airbnb. Housekeeping doesn't visit unless you request services and front desk staff isn't always available. But during our stay, Julia, was very helpful getting us oriented & answering questions. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette which was large & comfortable with a balcony. One of the nice hotel features is a laundry room with soap provided. Although the washer is small, we made use of it during our stay. The location is walking distance to the Duomo, restaurants, shopping areas.

Close to Duomo and Galleria Emmanuel. Lots of restaurants around. Large room. Clean. Towels were available as self serve with towel closet. Laundry available. Self check in and instructions for gaining access to our room was efficient and clear. Not as quiet on our stay because of construction. Wifi signal not available in some spots in the room. Air conditioner was on the weak side but adequate for our stay. You have to be careful when showering or the water will leak and wet the floor.

Even though our apartment was double-booked and we had to change to another room with a sofa bed (instead of actual beds for all 4 people), we were pleasantly surprised. Nice, clean room. Even the sofa bed was quite comfy! Breakfast was pretty much 10/10. Location was great, with tons of shops & restaurants nearby. Quick walk to Duomo as well. The PIN code we got for the room didn't work, so we had to contact Numa & chat with an AI bot first, which was annoying... After a bit of waiting, we managed to get in contact with an actual human/customer service person & got another code. All in all, the experience was still on the plus side. Could stay again!
