The staff is nice and helpful. But room is not clean enough as blanket has smell.

Smelly room in the apartment.
Room in the apartment with kitchen. Big room and comfortable bed. Only problem was someone smoking in the apartment and the room smelled terrible.

Below expectation
Good location with 10 mins walk to terminal. The cleanliness of the shower rooms are terrible. The room is no lock and no personal lockers provieded which you would feel unsecured. No real staff in the hostel. The cleaner even moved my stuff out to the balcony and did not inform or ask me in advance. I'm not recommended.

Never again
It's an awful experience. Firstly, the hostel is not easy to find and no service is available if you arrive earlier. Secondly, it's impossible to pay by card, which means you must bring enough cash with you. Thirdly, there is no lock for your cabinet or room, and even for the door of the hostel. Furthermore, it's the first hostel that didn't offer breakfast I had ever stayed in Europe. The last and worst, it's not clean.

值得推荐
酒店在中央火车站走路过去大概12分钟，我们事先在GOOGLE地图订了位再过去，非常顺利地找到了，安排的房间就在酒店check in的对面住宅楼里，位于第三层，有电梯非常方便，我们到的时候是半夜12点左右，check in已经下班，后来终于肯让来给我们开门，这一点有点麻烦，去的时候最好不要太晚，不然最好事先和房东联系。

La maleducazione e la lealtà di questo hotel è al quanto disgustoso. Sono andato in molti hotel,sia italiani sia esteri.E questo rimane l'hotel più vergognoso che abbia mai potuto prenotare. Circa una settimana fa ho prenotato questo hotel poiché mia sorella era rimasta a Milano e non poteva tornare a casa. Appena abbiamo sbagliato a prenotare l'hotel perché "non agibile" poiché prenotato troppo tardi. Ho richiesto subito la cancellazione. Cancellazione gratuita nominata dal titolare che era inesistente. Quindi mi ha consigliato di contattare l'assistenza,che ho fatto e dopo una lunga settimana l'assistenza ha combattuto per questo rimborso mai avvenuto. Un hotel gestito da persone vergognose tirchie e bugiarde. Non oso immaginare cosa avremmo trovato se ci fossimo cimentati in una stanza. Le auguro di ascoltare il cliente perché verso noi ha fatto una figuraccia,e si è dimostrato per quel che è. Buona giornata!

Majoituspaikassa oli yhteiset WC- ja suihkutilat. Huone oli tavanomainen ja huoneisto rauhallinen. Kylpyhuone oli epäsiisti. Siellä oli amme, jossa piti seistä suihkussa. Suihkuverho oli likainen. Kylpyhuoneen oven lukko suljettiin avaimella. Lukko oli ainakin minulle vaikea saada auki. Tuli jo tunne, että niinköhän jään kylppäriin. Onneksi mieheni neuvoi ulkopuolelta mitä on tehtävä.

Good location but poor facilities at this hostel
Location is very good but there is no kitchen and internet also! They let me stay in a different building, not the main öne to where there is the reception.

I was charged extra 20 euros, for arriving after 6 pm (which I think it is an abuse, since it is basically the price of a new bed). It is now clear on Expedia website that policy. Most important, I am full of animal bites in all my body, they have bedbugs or something which makes me even more upset, I have around 40 bites.
