網上並沒有看到接駁車訊息,詢問客服回復並無機場接駁車,頂著大太陽拖著超重行李從米蘭機場走路到飯店約30 mins才發現有接駁車...跟櫃台人員反映也只冷冷的回應,讓我們覺得不被尊重,下次不會再選擇此飯店...

We apologize if you have had the impression of having been treated in a non-kind way by our staff, but we guarantee a constant training, characterized by kindness and professionalism to our collaborators, so it seems very unlikely to have been addressed by them in a cold way. nice staffs but not easy to find
the staffs of the hotel are nice. it is not easy to find at night by car as lighting is poor nearby. the heater had a problem but it was quickly fixed

The hotel security is really bad. My colleague's handbag had been stolen while we were having the breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Her phone, passport and wallet all have been stolen, and she was even in trouble to come back to HK due to the loss of identity.

Upon arriving in Milan, we called the hotel to request the free shuttle transport. We were told where to stand and wait, but the shuttle never arrived. Long story short, after four calls and waiting in the cold for 90 minutes, we decided to look for other accommodations. We lost confidence that they would be able to assist with returning us to the airport the following morning for an early flight home. Thank you Expedia for assisting us with obtaining a refund from this hotel.

Room was tired. Especially the desk and the lighting both on the desk and the reading lights by the bed.. Was booked in an handicap room. The shower head would not stay in place. After my shower water was everywhere. Public areas were nice. The server in the lounge, Sonja, was great.

Very pleasant stay 😁
A very nice and modern hotel that had very nice rooms. The overall stay was very pleasant for our departure to the airport the next day. There were alot for parkings spots (free) at the hotel. There was also a free shuttle bus to the airport that went every 15 minutes. There was sauna and turkish baths included aswell

Wish the AC worked better
Temperature in room was very uncomfortable, especially after using shower. The front desk (3 different people) were not of much help. If I stayed again I would test the ac before unpacking. The restaurant was very good. The room was nicely updated. The staff was friendly. The shuttle was on time.

I booked the hotel in my name but asked the name to be changed to my son over a month before the date of check in. When he arrived they would not allow him to check in and he had to pay for another room.

Great nights sleep!
Large, comfortable, quiet, clean rooms! Staff at checkin super friendly and quick! Good location for a flight out of MXP. Didn't give a 10 rating for 2 factors- Beware of 15 EURO shuttle fee each way to and from airport. A bit steep for a 1 mile drive. Also book ahead. Food at the restaurant onsite was good but the service was not. Slow and unorganized. A plus on convenience. Not much else around there. I would consider staying here again based on condition of room. We slept great and very clean! Most important.

When we checked in our room had at least five bugs that we found on the walls that were flying around. We were told that it’s common this time of year in Italy. Unacceptable and requested a room change would have left the hotel, but it was 1 AM. Staff was definitely accommodating and gave us a second room, which we found to be not serviced yet, bed unmade towels all over the floor. Went back to the lobby and was then assigned a third room, which we checked, and seemed fine enough for the remaining hours we had there to sleep..

It’s a great airport hotel but it is tucked back in an industrial area. It’s clean, close to the airport and has a reasonably priced shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes - staff thankfully reserves that for you.

Sound option for totally involuntary MXP layover
Thanks to BA for the 9th missed connection of 2023, I find myself needing an easy stay over in Milan. Outrageously expensive for what they are, airport hotels are uniformly overpriced yet I am grateful they are there, to save me from the hideous city centre. Shuttle 'service' to and from Malpensa is possibly some myth from the pre-COVID era - but a taxi or limo will take you each way for €15-20. Crowne Plaza team utterly charming, nonetheless. Air conditioning uncontrollably chilly in my 'executive' room. The thing is to avoid if at all possible; and if not, smile and take it. That's travel in 2033
