Luxury close to central station
Very good hotel stayed when joining Ferrari 70 anniversary in milan. Everything good but only little dusty found on some tables inside room that I feel not quite fit its luxury image. Others are ok.

The second best hotel
My room at the 4th floor, but still having noise problem from the tram at 11 sth. free ride from hotel to Duomo by Maserti, it's truly amazing!! house keeping is so so.sweet, leaving a note and a little cloth as a gift to my husband who is wearing glasses. absolutely unexpected!!

Very good hotel
Walk to the central station without a 5 minute to arrive,The room was very quiet,bed height and softness make me sleep well But the room when the shower room drainage system is not good, resulting in a bath after the floor flooded, and I think this is the beginning of the design of the problem.

New, modern, clean and very good service Hotel.
The decoration is new and modern. I booked their room on 10/25, but I forgot to book the room on 10/24. They were fully booked but they helped me to get a room at their franchise Westin Hotel and the price was fair, even it was Saturday I can't find any nice one other else hotels. Thank them a lot. There's transport service for customers during day time from hotel to the central of city, and it's a Mercedes S-class. The standard room is a little bit too small as an five stars hotel. It feels too busy while check in time, very crowded and wait for long time at the lobby. I think they can at least serve some water or tea would be nice.

Excellent Hotel in all aspects
This hotel is excellent in all aspects. The location is great, it is just beside the central train station and metro and there is a taxi stand as well. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Their recommendation of the restaurants is very good. I have stayed in the Excelsior Room this time, the room itself is spacious and well equipped. The bath room is spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is excellent, a large variety of food and there is fresh cooked egg and hot cake upon requested. Just one thing, the facility of the hotel (spa, terrace, restaurant) is not completed yet. I will definitely come again next time to try them all.
