Good morning, I would like to respond to the inaccurate comments you made: (1) all our staff are simply thrilled to work in this hotel (many other hotels envy us our staff and working atmosphere), (2) your room, like all the others, they become ready at 2.00 pm as they must be cleaned, vacuumed, rearranged and sterilized (unless you are used to entering the previous guest's dirty bed. (3) important meetings are held in special meeting rooms (we have 5 available), and not in the hotel lobbies (which are open places and available to all our guests) who perhaps like to listen to news and music. The air conditioning works everywhere, certainly, since it is still winter , you cannot expect to have cold air in your room. To conclude, if you choose the cheapest room, you want to have a free early check-in, and you don't even want to spend to rent a meeting room, you could have stayed in the airport hall, asking to turn off any source of disturbance.
