Great location - across the street from Milan Centrale Station with access to two Metro lines (green and yellow) and trainlines throughout Italy. We spent two days in Milan and used both Metro lines. We also took several day trips, with easy access to the trains. We found several good restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend für den Aufenthalt. Worauf wir nicht geachtet haben, dass es ja keine Lobby/Bar/Hinterhof oder ähnliches gibt. Das hat nach einem schönen langen Tag etwas gefehlt, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, besonders wegen dem nahegelegenen Nahverkehr.

Das Zimmer hat eine moderne Einrichtung, aber keine Ablage für den Koffer und nur sehr wenig Platz für die Kleidung. Weiters haben wir den Kanal geruch den Ganzenaufenthalt nicht los gebracht, der im Zimmer war. Weiter haben alle Toilettenpapierrollen leicht nach Schimmel gerochen. Duschen war sehr spannend, weil die Wasser temperatur von eiskalt auf extrem heiss alle ca. 10 sec. wechselte. Wir haben mit Balkon gebucht da wir raucher sind und es gab nicht mal einen Sessel am Balkon. Die Putzfrau war sehr ungehalten mit der Reinigung des Zimmers sehr staubig und hat dann auch noch behauptet wir hätten im Zimmer geraucht, dass.mit dann noch 50 euro gekostet hat.... Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Die Location ist direkt am Bahnhof daher immer laut auch in der Nacht.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Some rooms are bigger than others. We had a small issue at the beginning when we arrived. The room had no hot water for 2days and the AC was not working. We slept with the heat on. We slept with the door open for those two nights. By the morning we made a complaint and the gentle man at the front desk was kind enough to switch our rooms and gave us a room with working AC and hot water for our last night. Pro: so close to the Metro trains. Commuting was easy to and from sight seeing places. Cons: the surrounding area looks sketchy but as any tourist you have to be alert at all times. Overall it was a good experience

Room doesn't get cleaned unless you expressly request it. No wall between the shower and the bedroom, no ventilation at all, and of course AC did not work. Super expensive for no service. This is not a 4 star hotel, not even a 3!

The location is ideal for navigating Milan. It's just steps away from the main train station and the local subway. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are small like most hotels in Europe. The bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of hotel options in the area, but the standout here is the staff. Particularly Carmen was extremely helpful and kind. Her assistance, recommendations, directions, and professionalism really made my stay excellent. She provided 5 star customer service and should be acknowledged and commended. Thank you!

Warning: Do not book this hotel if you're traveling with someone you're not comfortable seeing naked. The shower opens right into the room, meaning whoever is in the room with you can see the shower while you're in it. There is a shower curtain, but things get difficult when you need to get dressed. Do you put your clothes on the floor where they inevitably get wet then put them on in the shower while being dripped on? Or do you wrap yourself in a towel and shuffle awkwardly over to the toilet room? I tried the former, and settled on the latter. The sink tap was put on backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot, the shower was lukewarm if you didn't take an early shower, and scalding hot/hard to adjust if you did. The lighting was dim, making it hard to read in the room, but also there was an LED as bright as a thousand suns that kept the room lit when the lights were off. There is a giant mirror behind reception, reflecting all the data on the reception desk's computers. Yay for data security. They don't have a "don't clean my room" sign, which is wasteful when they wash towels and change toilet paper even though you don't need them to. On a positive note, the staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They saved it from a one-star review. But whoever designed this hotel did not do a good job, and no amount of good staff can fix that.
