As I checked in, the reception did not give me the wifi password, after I returned to the hotel after 10pm, I called to the front desk and service hotline, no one picked up the phone, I went down to the reception in the next day, I complained to the front desk, they said that they are busy, and ask me to wait, they did not say sorry at all, I felt bad. This is the worst service I have ever had before in the 5 stars hotel.

酒店硬件非常不錯, 地理位置也很好, 在火車站走路約5分鐘, 環境也比較安靜, 上一次去酒店還不提供免費WIFI, 今次房間終於有免費WIFI, 很不錯的提升. 唯一缺點是不設停車場, 旁邊有停車場但要付費.

La vdd me recibieron increíble había estado estudiando Italiano y pude desenvolverme aceptablemente , excelente servicio a excepción de un chico el cual nunca preguntamos su nombre ( de manera muy grosera le colgó el teléfono a mi esposo ) cuando lo único que estábamos requiriendo era su ayuda para cambiar la reserva a nombre mío y no al de mi esposo llamamos desde guadalajara explicando la situación . Que habíamos mandado dos correos como se nos había indicado . Mejor nos auxilió un amigo de mi hijo menor que vive en Milán para hacer el cambio. Francamente de esta persona muy decepcionados Los demás empleados muy serviciales y amables

The reception and concierge staff were very helpful. A special commendation to the female reception staff who on the day we checked out allowed us a very late checkout as she was aware that we were all sick with a head cold and would benefit from resting in the room before we had to leave for the airport. She was kind, thoughtful and proactive with her offer.
