Good location, but room’s maintenance need to be improved. - Room keys did not work well during our 2nights stay. (Got locked out twice) - Shower Head holder damaged, cannot able to abject height. - Hair dryer work for the first 30seconds and you have to wait around 15mins for another 30seconds. (Really annoying). - Overall, the location is good though.

Great stay, our room was immaculate and cleaned daily! Comfortable bed and a fantastic HOT shower! Location of the hotel was perfect, a two minute walk to the Duomo and all the shops so it was very convenient location!

Book 2 rooms for my family and 2 friends. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that 2 kids ages 2yo and 6yo were not allowed to stay with us in our room even if we paid extra. We were told to book a separate room for the kids because it was the law. However, as long as we pay for the extra room it didn’t matter where the kids stayed. We were very disappointed, but the hotel staff Mark never seemed to care. We were forced to book an extra room because we didn’t have a choice and staff were not willing to work with us. On top of that the AC on both rooms didn’t work, called front desk to get it fix and was told to they were too busy at that moment and could not help us. The rooms can get too loud at night because of the bar in 10th floor stayed in 8th floor. I hoped our experience is just something out of the ordinary because never had this experience at other hotels.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zentral gelegen! Die fahrt zum Hotel ging wirklich zügig, preislich ok mit 20€, vom Hotel zurück zum Flughafen werden ca. 80€ verlang(direkt vom Hotel)!! Wir sind dann 4 min zum nächsten Taxistand gelaufen und wieder nur 20€ bezahlt.

It was super close to the Duomo and across the street from a Metro stop with direct link to the train station. The breakfast is great and the rooftop bar was a great way to wrap up two weeks of travelling around Italy.

The hotel was quite lovely and quiet despite the central location. The highlight though is the staff. Mark in reception is remarkably pleasant - all the staff so quick with a smile and help. The rooftop restaurant not only has a great view, but wonderful food as well. Would highly recommend!

Buen hotel, muy buena ubicación, solo los meseros de la terraza fueron un poco insistentes en que saliéramos de ahí, nos hicieron sentir incomodas y solo pudimos pedir un par de bebidas porque después nos fueron a cerrar la cuenta, dijeron que debían hacer cierre de caja y sin embargo llegaron otras personas y les siguieron dando servicio, fue incomodo y sentimos que nos corrieron por solo tomar bebidas sin alcohol, pero al fin de todo estábamos consumiendo y además hospedadas ahí mismo, no fue de nuestro agrado ese trato.

A one night stay for myself and coworkers. We had a wonderful experience ! The clean and appointed room and very comfortable bed made a deep nights sleep, quiet and food security. One of the bet hotels I've ever stayed at!!! just a 5 min walk from the duomo and main part of Milan. Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very nice and respectful. The room was amazing. very well lit, modern, and very very clean. We went during a busy time over winter break and it was still amazing.
