There was a mixup with the room and I was traveling with someone else and the hotel was not willing to accommodate my guest. We were willing to pay extra And the hotel refused to let my travel companion stay. The staff was rude. I did not stay the 2 nights that I paid for due to my experience there. The hotel was not centrally located, but is close to public transit. The rooms are extremely small, but if you’re there just for the bed, it will get the job done. Also, I stayed in 4 cities in Italy and not a single hotel asked for my hotel key when leaving the room. I thought that was very odd.

Excellent for an overnight stop

A decent hotel with excellent connections to Metro. Staff helpful and attentive. Hotel is dated and is very much 70s chic, but comfortable beds and good for an overnight stay (I'm unsure if suitable for a romantic week away). Breakfast good.

Ich weiß nicht, wieso niemand die Wahrheit spricht, dieses Hotel war grausam. Sehr sehr schlecht, nicht mal 1 Stern wert. Nasenpopel klebt an den Wänden, Haare im Bett, im Waschbecken oder auf der Toilette, die Dusche voll mit Schimmel, geht man ein wenig mit Wasser an die Ränder fängt der Schimmel an sich zu lösen. Personal überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit, egal was man sie fragt oder wenn sie um etwas gebeten werden haben sie nur eine Antwort „Ich weis nicht“ oder „ich habe keine Zeit“ Die Zimmern für eine Person hat eine sehr sehr sehr kleine Dusche da passt wirklich nur eine halbe Person rein. Boden, Schränke, Stuhl, Tische und der Bett war voller Staub. Kunden die allergisch gegen Staub und Schimmel sind und Asthma haben, BITTE AUFPASSEN. Obwohl ich mich bereits beschwert hatte, wurde an der Lage nichts geändert, sodass ich kaum im Hotel geschlafen habe sondern in andere Hotel. Die paar Tage die ich bei denen war konnte ich wegen Staub und Atemnot nicht schlafen. Mein Check out musste ich dementsprechend auch früher machen weil ich keine Lust mehr darauf hatte. Gott bewahre

The hotel was very clean and very quiet. Easy access to all my needs. The train station was very close as waking distance to reach downtown and many areas of Milan. I really enjoyed the staff and I will and my future plans be back to this hotel.
