The room was clean but small, only had a twin bed. Room had a great view of city. My flight landed earlier in the morning but they allowed me to check into a room at noon, so that was appreciated. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was good.

This is the perfect hotel for the money. The rooms are large, beds are comfy, staff is really helpful. The area around the hotel is not great, but only 20 euro Uber and you’re in the middle of Milan.

Overall an OK hotel. Some things feel cheap such as the shower base which was loose, the feel of the furniture and no tea/coffee making facilities. The area nearby was noisy and we could hear traffic in the morning and noises at night which was disturbing. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. Was near an underground stop which was convenient and served the purpose for our stay.

We loved the property it was perfect for a few nights city break . 2mins walk to the metro where can acess central and duomo so quickly . Room was clean and modern and a great size . Reception staff were polite and friendly . Would recommended for anyone visiting milan

This hotel is a must when you visit Milan. The whole building and our room were great! We were so tired after our flight but the staff managed to check us in our room before the 2 pm, which was fantastic! Everything was perfect - would recommend!!

Check in was great quick and easy. Although I was specific to have the quadruple room (2 single and a double bed) rather than a double and sofa bed. Even though it’s an “upgrade” it’s not convenient hence specifically asked to ensure we had the quadruple - 2 single and double. The room walls and doors are ultra thin. During the day we hear scream kids. During the night and right into the early hours of our first night were loud guests talking, moving furniture and banging on doors. Literally as if they were talking outside our room. Then to waking to screaming children in the early hours. Breakfast booked, with prior reservations it’s cheaper than deciding or booking on the day. The room is spacious and clean. However it’s very warm to hot even. The thermostat just doesn’t work so we had to have the window open all night which again not ideal during the winter months. There is no tea coffee kettle available in rooms however I believe you can request it. There is a mini bar which we didn’t use but did place our own product in and safe is available in room Shower toilet room was clean but for size of the room was small. Unfortunately lost stars due to no temperature control and the absolute unbearable noise.

The staff were excellent! The hotel itself was clean, modern and stylish. I booked multiple rooms for a stag do group. We had to make changes on the fly and deal with some things going wrong. The staff were excellent and very helpful in the lead up and throughout our stay.

Great stay, hotel was super clean, staff really friendly, definitely glad I got the room cheaper than I first booked for as a single bed room was never worth £500 for 4 nights. But did have a great view and it was just a base to sleep.

Great hotel in a great location

This hotel in the Milano city center is a great location to move around Milan. It is a modern hotel and service was great from all staff members. Parking, dining, and train stations are all nearby which makes it easy to go anywhere you need.
