Tive problemas com o carro. Esqueci de tirar o carro da porta do hotel qdo chegamos. O carro dormiu na porta do hotel. Dia seguinte a moça da recepção me ameacou falando que ia chamar reboque, policia etc. avisei que se quisesse poderia me cobrar o que precisasse etc. Rude e inflexivel. Sem necessidade disso…. O pior era ter que passar todo dia em frente a ela na recepção…. O elevador sai na frente… Eu estava errado. Era só falar e tratar direito seu cliente. Nenhuma nessecidade de ameaças… podia simplesmente ter interfonado e pedido para tirar o carro. Nao teria ficado esquecido.

They might surprise you :)
They redeemed themselves - check in was so transactional, no one helped me with luggage at all but during my 2 day trip, I found that the dinner at the hotel restaurant was hearty and filling, and they allowed for late check out so all good in the end

立地と朝食は良かったです。フロントの方も親切でした。 しかし、星4つの評価は高すぎると思います。洗面所のドアは閉まらず、シャワーを使うと周囲はびしょびしょになりますし、タオルは硬いです。 そこが残念。

Staff are kind, but unaware of how to take care of guests or handle their own basic responsibilities. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. We went all the way to the room and took our four pieces of heavy luggage up there with us only to find out we had to move everything to a different room. They did not help us. They gave us a different room with the correct bed but with the wrong bathroom. We checked into there anyways because we were so exhausted after two weeks of traveling. we stayed one night and went out for lunch. When we came back after lunch, our key did not work for our room. We had to go back down to reception and get a key that worked. They had no excuse for why the key didn’t work and said their system was down. They had no further information. When I booked this room, I said it was for two people. When I arrived, there was only one robe in the room and one set of slippers. They knew we were two people. I went down and asked for another robe and they said they did not have one. Finally, the room that I had booked had two sinks in the bathroom. The one I ended up getting only had one. By that point, we were so exhausted that we just completed our stay and decided we’d handle it through Expedia. I did let the staff know my concerns and gave them an opportunity to fix it and they didn’t do it. They just said I’m sorry. The amenities are the bare minimum but it is clean. It’s a bit loud, I think it’s next to a train. Very central location.

Understaffed and underwhelmed.
Understaffed to manage guests and phones. There was only one front desk person. We were asked to wait in the lobby , but she forgot about us. I had to call the front desk to get her attention. No apology or offer of any amenities to mitigate the poor service.

Nice comfortable rooms, our first choice in Milan
Nice clean comfortable room. Good AC. Fridge has drinks and snacks but no price list, they're not free. Breakfast buffet is excellent. You can make coffee at the machine or ask for it at the breakfast bar and they will bring it to you.

- Air conditioning was not working. Room temperature was above 26°C. So, we had to open the window. It was very loud. - The water didn't flow enough in the shower / bath. It was stacking. - We asked for room service we wanted to have a drink. It was around 9 pm. It was not possible. - We took a prosecco out of the fridge, it was not drinkable at all. It was either extremely old or very poorly maintened

El hotel es viejo, pensé que lo habían renovado y más aún por ser NH que siempre han sido un hotel de prestigio. Se supone que sería una estancia agradable, a las 8:30am estaban arreglando otro cuarto y se escuchaba un taladro y no pude descansar. Las paredes estaban despintadas y se escuchaba el ruido de las calles jamás vuelvo.
