Little problem but nice in general
nice hotel with festive (X'mas) atmosphere, the only problem is we found that the room hasn't cleaned up once we opened the door of the room!

Having read a lot of negative reviews and having visited the Novotel in Paris in January (which was truly fantastic) I was nervous about my stay so wanted to leave this honest review as yes the rooms are quite small and could do with an update, and the outside area desperately needed the grass cutting but the staff, breakfast and accessibility to the metro were all fantastic. The only real point I’d make is that we travelled with our two young children and there is nothing to do around the hotel aside from a gelato shop (Milky Way - which you must try) so if like our kids you end up back at the hotel quite early maybe consider somewhere a bit more built up.

El hotel es familiar , tiene muy buen desayuno , y opcion de restaurante y bar. el staff de la recepcion muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar . No me gusto que no esta cerca del centro y siempre teniamos que tomar taxis para desplazarnos al centro o estacion de trenes.

We stayed at a lot of Novotel, but this is small for a Novotel hotel. Not sure if it's only in Italy, but this hotel doesn't have an AC. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety compared to other Novotels. The staff were very helpful & great though.

Great staff, room was good for what we needed, clean and tidy. Electrics tripped, called reception fixed within minutes. We didn't eat or drink so couldnt pass comment. Locally great places to get coffee and bakery items and a short walk to metro and tram lines.

Decent property. Needs some upkeep especially around the exterior. Rooms are decent but could use some upgrades. Gym needs a bit of work. Good for a short visit. Walkable from mass transit.

Limited transport to and from the city centre. Hotel was very noisy, at one point there was massive bangs and what sounded like gunshots outside. Turns out it was fireworks, but they were so loud it was unbelievable. Would not recommend and would not stay again; if we return to Milan we will be staying in Duomo or Zara

Ho soggiornato una notte ed eravami in tre, camera un po piccola ma per una notte va bene. Il ristorante consigliatissimo, mangiato due volte, molto gentili e di qualità. Vicino al tram nr.5 per andare in centro. Le ragazze alla reception molto disponibili.

The staff members were great however we end up Checking out a day earlier as the hotel room was not clean, found things in the room which shouldn’t be seen at all.

Hotel di buon livello, personale gentile ed attento. Camere non enormi, ma sono entrati comodamente un letto e un divano letto doppio aperto. facility in the room is not perfect, safe not working although we moved to other room!!, fans not working on toilet, water on fridge are filled with tap water, room keys are made from cardboard and not working perfectly so have to go to reception to activate it. ... Breakfast are very good
