Beyond expectation
The location is excellent, right next to the Central Station. The staffs are very helpful and polite. The room is clean and stylish. The breakfast buffet is of high quality, especially the scrambled eggs, juice and coffee. Overall the stay is definitely worth the price and I would consider staying there again

great location if are travelling by train
great location, just 2 minutes away from milan central station. room is spacious and bed is comfortable. periodic train noise and vibration, tho acceptable, wouldn't say it's annoying. one complaint is the bathroom, where the shower will splash water all over the toilet and walls, u have to move the toilet paper to somewhere safe before showering. breakfast is very mediocre.

靠近MTR STATION, 麻雀雖小，五臟俱全
很喜歡這小酒店，設施很齊備，靠近景點及購物地方。 早餐的自助食物款式亦不錯，還有廚師主理的煎蛋煙肉，及其他熱食，亦好好味，但要自己主動ORDER. 但唯一透明玻璃的沖涼房，會令朋友旅伴產生尷尬，建議用半身摩沙玻璃或拉百頁簾的方式處理玻璃沖涼房的情况。

The best hotel I stayed in Italy: 1. kind and helpful staff 2. convenient location (just near Milan Central Station, restaurants nearby) 3. spacious and luxury room with nice view (my room was on the six floor, faced the station) 4. reasonable price For me the nights I stayed gave me the experience like staying in a 5-star hotel ,very satisfied.

Cosy Hotel with Great Location
The hotel is just located within 5mins walk from the Central Station. It's absolutely a great choice while you are with many heavy luggage. We booked the Deluxe Double Room which is on the first floor, it's very comfortable, clean and spacious but a bit noisy as we can clearly hear the noise outside the window. And we booked this hotel through Expedia and I'm a gold VIP member of Expedia+, Starhotels Anderson is one of their +VIP access hotel which stated gold member can enjoy some special benefits like late check-out, room upgrade, free spa treatments, laundry or complimentary f&B Service etc. The receptionist mentioned that " oh, you are gold member of Expedia+" and that's it. She didn't do/say anything about this afterwards. I understand it's all up to the availability of the service or room however i did not enjoy anything about these benefits obviously. So i dun understand what's the meaning of this programme.

位置方面, 房間夠大, 乾淨整潔
酒店位置交通方面鄰近米蘭中央車站 (就在酒店對面)，步行2分鐘就到，酒店房間夠大而且夠乾淨整潔，2個行李箱全打開位置亦足夠有餘，另外有基本日用品提供，全是Made in Italy的。 至於缺點個人就覺得有兩大個，第一是酒店Wifi很慢，要上傳或Send相片信號會不停打轉。第二是酒店房間雪櫃放滿收費物品，如果自己想買一點食物或飲品放進去的話，確實沒有位置可放。

米蘭車站附近的理想選擇!
旅館就在米蘭車站旁，走路三分鐘內可達，地鐵1~3號線轉乘都非常方便；房間最小有23平方米、設施也都具有相當水準，唯一的遺憾是旅館占地面積不大，因此餐廳較為擁擠，早餐用餐品質較差。但整體而言非常適合行李較多的長途旅客。
