Wonderful place. Well decorated and appointed. Good value

The apartment is very accessible and really a nice spot to enjoy. Close to the metro to go to the city centre. We were a good size group and very comfortable. I would recommend it for a stay of at least 2 nights.

Poor Experience

This apartment is a garden-basement apartment. The second day we were at the apartment there was a significant rain storm in Milano. This caused both showers to back up and flood the apartment. Several of our items were on the floor and were damaged by the water. I emailed, texted and called the property owner. He indicated he would be over to review and discuss. He did not come but rather sent 2 people over to remove the water. It was obvious the flooding had accrued previously with seeing past damage on the bed and sofa. I asked for a full refund as we felt there was a health risk from the water coming up from the showers. The property owner refused and after working with leadership at VRBO for 3 hours I was able to secure a new VRBO property at no additional cost. This was the worst experience at a property I have ever had, but VRBO did the right thing to allow our vacation to move forward.

Pleasant stay

Our stay was short but sweet. The tram took us everywhere we needed to go and was close by. Coffee on hand was appreciated. Riccardo was accessible throughout the stay.

Trevligt koncept att bo i en cykelverkstad.

Mycket snyggt inredd lägenhet i en tidigare cykelverkstad i markplan inne på gården. Allt fungerad mycket väl. Enda problemet var rörledningar i taket i lägenheten som börjar låta vid 06.00 på morgonen.

Cute place with bikes!

Although we didn't use the bikes, would have been fun. The apartment was very comfortable anf modern except for cleanliness. One sink was clearly not cleaned, and one of the toilets was also not clean. We found cleaning supplies and did it ourselves, but then we noticed mold in the shower too. The host was helpful and concerned. I'm sure he can fix with some quality control on the cleaners. Great neighborhood, restaurants and cafes close by.
