About this property

Botanical Modernist House | Milanese Lifestyle

  • Terrace, concrete, plants, natural light. An architect-designed home near the Loreto metro station. A home designed for people who come to Milan for the design—and stay for the lifestyle.

    The space
This apartment is in Casoretto, a 10-minute walk from the Loreto metro station (M1 red and M2 green lines). A Milanese architecture studio designed the space, drawing on Brazilian modernist principles—honest materials, spatial flow, and the integration of nature—as well as Moroccan architectural traditions in the bathroom design.

Original vintage terrazzo floors run throughout. White architectural volumes define distinct zones without closing off the space, and create an extra bedroom that maintains privacy between guests. Plants aren’t just decoration; they’re an integral part of how the apartment functions. Natural light flows through the space throughout the day.

The bathroom is the highlight of this home, featuring a tadelakt-inspired design with terracotta walls. Integrated bathtub/shower—the tub is built into the shower area, full-size for soaking after a full day of exploring. Plants and the warm colour palette will help you relax instantly.

The balcony is your outdoor retreat. It’s not huge, but it’s private and all yours.

The apartment is suitable for both short stays and extended living—whether it’s three nights or three months.
