"My husband and I and our two pups loved staying in Holly's family home. The home itself is very cozy. The master bedroom with King sized bed is super comfortable with the bonus of a flat screened tv on the wall. While this home is about 45 mins to an hour from Bar Harbor, we loved staying in a quiet area with very little traffic. "We had a great time staying here - super cute and cozy. We were able to cook in most nights and the pond for kayaking was so beautiful. Really enjoyed staying on the quieter side of Acadia and the drive to the main Acadia area was easy and scenic! "

"The house was fantastic. Clean and decorated so cute. The house was located closed enough to tourists attraction yet far enough away for piece and quiet. Getting back to mother nature. The attraction we're seeing lighthouses. Tour of the land by plane and whale watching. "

"The cabins are in a great location for doing things in and around Bar Harbor. It serves the purpose as a resting place before and after adventures. The only thing that I would suggest that needs to be approved upon would be the cleanliness. There are multiple cabins on each side of the highway so maybe it’s difficult to be as detailed in that aspect as they would like. "

"The interior of the cabin had a bad musty smell. The ceiling and both floors in each bedroom need replacement. One of the heat a/c units was really loud the other worked fine. The TV’s were a nice touch in each bedroom and beds were very comfortable. I think a really good overhaul of the interior is badly needed. "

"The shower was so small it was almost impossible to turn around in it. The bed took up 95% of the room. We had a dog and wanted to see dog park, but location on other side of road was treacherous to get to with traffic. Sadly, we stayed one night then went to a hotel. "
