Klares sauberes Meer.」

「Shower was clogged, and the sheets smelled like 20 sweaty men who had been swimming in the ocean. Upon arrival, we were charged more money, even though we had already paid through Expedia… When leaving, I mentioned to staff, the shower was not working and they asked if I had booked with Expedia. It was a beautiful water front room and the manager was pleasant.」

「All around nice hotel with excellent staff」

「This place is nothing like the pictures. False advertisement Room is small bathroom, dirty, and the receptionist mean.」

「Is the horrible hotel ever see no cleaning, rabish, safety on appliance is terrible very old items」

「Reception staff very helpful and polite. Room, bedsheets and other linen very clean. Air conditioner outside unit on the balcony made a constant noticeable noise. A water works failure one day meant the hotel staff cut our water supply while they were repairing, which took them a couple of hours. Then on day we were departing the electricity supply was cut off for entire morning, which was not a hotel issue but the local area.」

「There was construction going on on my floor for two rooms. Jack hammers, saws, and people starting at 7:30 am. Possibly due to off season, but it was a terrible experience.」

「very good stay experience, free upgrade to suite, very beautiful view location in the night.」

「The hotel is tired and worn. It must have been great at some point but now it looks neglected. Needs paint, many repairs, and a lot of cleaning. There are broken clay pots with dead plants near an entry staircase that looks like it hasn’t been swept or cleaned in years. In our room there were holes in the walls and ceiling that were simply filled with a glob of white plastic foam. No bathroom amenities except some hand soap. The staff were nice and the included breakfast was decent.」

「Very clean and nice accommodation, with a great balcony view of the water and restaurants below. Had a small gym and breakfast was very nice as well.」
