「This property was clean and in a cute quiet neighborhood of small houses. It was easy to get to and convenient. There is a small yard with a nice outdoor seating area for coffee or a glass of wine. It was summer and the central air was adequate and we made suggestions to the home owner for simple improvements. The main bathroom has a very noisy sump pump which was a surprise but not intolerable. For a several night layover in the Boston area this is an overall is a good option.」

「We stayed here for Boston trip. It was a great location, drive to city was easy. Cute ice cream place and Stop and shop close by. The entrance is on a short private road which was unexpected.」

「The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising 」

「Great place to stay while attending a family event! Comfortable, spotless and well-appointed space. Plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Communication with owner was excellent. Thankfully, the owner was home when I arrived and was able to let me into the apartment. The remote door lock accepted the entered code, but would not open because the dead bolt lock was engaged from the other side of the door.」
