"The two rooms we had were very clean, comfortable beds. The neighbor had tv on the whole night and we could hear it. Parking was convenient right in front of the rooms. Breakfast had good options to start the day before our trip to Lassen park. There is hiking and biking trail near by."

"Nice, agreeable staff, without much follow through. At check-in was informed room would only be cleaned after 3 days. On day 4 of our 5 night stay one of our two rooms were cleaned following three requests; the second room never did receive the cleaning. Would be hard pressed to stay here again."
