“When we arrived at the hotel the room seemed nice. There was a small sofa and kitchen area and then the next room was the bedroom and the bathroom. When I looked in the kitchen cabinets, there was absolutely nothing in any of them. The kitchen had a full-size refrigerator and a full-size range, but no plates, silverware, cups or anything in the kitchen. Going back to the bathroom I found that the toilet had not been cleaned. “Kristie was great to deal with both before and during our stay and she had the house very clean and roads and walks cleared on arrival during a difficult snow and ice storm. Finding hot chocolate, cookies, bread and a decorated Christmas tree on arrival set a nice tone for our family holiday. Overall a beautiful and very spacious house but in need of repairs, especially with bathroom fixtures. Beds were cozy, there were plenty of towels, and lots of hot water.
