You can't beat this house in terms of its decor, comfortable furnishings, and amazing views. We had a few issues during our stay, but the local team helped worked through those. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at this home.

Very nice! Only issue is 2nd bedroom and bath was in the smaller side. Master bedroom, bath and closet was amazing. Kitchen was large and we'll equipped. Its a hike down the mountain, and back up, to the lake. Enjoyed stay.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful and very spacious. Great place to escape to for stillness and the opportunity for a recharge. The only recommendation I would have is a firepit table for the back deck so you can sit outside on chilly nights and enjoy the peacefulness and star filled sky. Looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful escape in the mountains

What a beautiful home!!! We enjoyed our stay so much! The home is spacious and clean and has everything that you can ask for. The view out the back is breathtaking! We enjoyed the private setting to enjoy some quality family time. The house is close to all the fun in the area. An Ingles is nearby for grocery shopping and we enjoyed outings to Chimney Rock and Parker-Binns Winery! Book today! You won't be disappointed

Beautiful home

This home spacious and beautiful. There was ample comfortable seating inside the home and outside as well. The beds were comfortable as reported by each member of our group. The kitchen was wonderful! Everything we needed for prepping and cooking our meals was there! The surrounding views are gorgeous and the neighborhood was quiet which provided us with a peaceful and relaxing time. I researched many rental homes prior to booking this one and this one proved to meet and exceed my expectations. A big thanks to Vacasa and the owners of this home!

We had a great stay in this home. The home was extremely clean and welcoming. The views from the back porch are beautiful and it provides a lovely quiet place to relax and take it in. The home was very well stocked with the amenities that you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized making it easy to cook for a group. Beds were very comfortable. The location is about 10 min from Ingles and 15 min or so into the heart of Lake Lure which was great for a day out. There is not any easy access to the lake which was not a problem for us but in case anyone is wanting that as an option when booking. We had a great stay at this location and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

Great House!

The House is a Beautiful Modern Farm House!!! Loved It! One of the best things about the house are all the native deer roaming around during last few hours of daylight. Views of the Lake while relaxing in the jacuzzi. There is a Marina which we found one day driving around. That would be a great feature of there is dock space available. And we loved that we were able to bring our Fur Babies along for the adventure. The only thing we noticed during our stay, was the BBQ and Outdoor Sink were still in Winterized Mode and there wasn't any Gas to the BBQ. Other than that, 20 -25 mins to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock Park (GREAT VIEW!!! - Hiking and waterfall. 1 Hr to Asheville and Billtmore Estate. Highly Recommend Shoji Spa and Retreat!! 25 mins SE of Asheville on I-240. Lots of Very Narro Winding roads on 74-A East. Will recommend and will comeback again!! Thank you again!!

Great getaway

We loved our visit! The area is quiet and beautiful. We were able to hang out at the house on the rainy days and adventure out on the nice ones. Just a note - you aren’t renting from an individual, so if you have issues you have to deal with the company. Good luck with that. There were a couple of things we noticed:-The recliners in the living room are not working right and will flip over if an adult reclines. I contacted the property manager, but never got a response.-The number of towels/washcloths is definitely not enough unless you want to wash them every day. We also had to buy paper towels and trash bags while we were there because we didn’t have enough for the week. -There weren’t any dish towels in the kitchen.-The listing said 2 queen beds and a Murphy bed (plus the other beds), but one of the queen beds IS the Murphy bed. -The Murphy bed was locked closed when we arrived. Luckily my husband was able to pick the lock because my calls to the property manager were never answered. The house is great. The views are amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here if the property manager steps up.
