「We have many happy memories from our stay. Our two year old granddaughter developed a love for fishing and being outdoors. I enjoyed the early morning sunrises and the quiet around the cottage, even at 3 and 4 in the morning when the dog needed to be outside for a pee. 「What an amazing view of the lake. We were there for a fishing trip. The kids enjoyed taking the kayaks out . The cottage was clean and comfortable. The fishing was fantastic as always on Pigeon Lake. Thanks for having us 」

「My son and I spent two nights in the trailer. For a glamping experience, the trailer met our expectations. The trailer is in a nice spot, at the end of a road, with a fire pit and screened-in porch(which we took full advantage of). We were attending Mosport and did not have a chance to explore the property or use the amenities, and cannot comment. There were some issues communicating through VRBO, but the host was responsive and accommodating.」

「 The unkept and neglected exterior led to a grubby interior. One of the plastic deck chairs was broken and unusable. Floors were dirty and left our socks grey; there was pink mould in the tub & shower stalls, black mould on the water level of one toilet and no one had cleaned the ceiling ventilation fans or behind the toilets in either bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were good. There was just one hand towel. Also, insufficient furniture in the bedrooms - night...

「I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....

「No communication from The host. Luckily there was an office on site to provide access to the cottage. Cottage was cute. Beds and pillows were terrible. Beautiful view. Rough shoreline with no useable docs and lots of garbage. Not provided enough towels or blankets. No dish cloths or hand towels. Only hand soap provided. 」
