"The location was fantastic, ideal to explore the city centre and the harbour side. The room was a little tired, for example carpet stain and curtain stain. Our only real disappointment was that our 16 year old was not allowed to use the pool as the policy is over 18s. I acknowledge we missed this in the small print but disappointed as it was an intended birthday treat. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend."

"Loved having our room on the higher floor, great views. To get in the hotel carpark was awkward as you had to ring the hotel when outside, as we booked the hotel as being Radisson Blu, that number doesn’t work. It’s now majestic hotel. The staff didnt know how much my room cost?!? Which was strange. But once checked in, it was fine no issues after that as we were there for 1 night to see a show."
